Tibetan Bowls Sound Healing meditation, is a modality that uses sounds to raise our vibration and reach a higher frequency. Whoever meditates seeks this. But not everyone knows or likes to meditate.
Sound healing brings you involuntarily into this meditative state. You get on that Alpha and Theta wave without making an effort. The vibrations of the bells create the binaural waves and bring relaxation to those who hear them.
There is no "right" or "wrong" how to feel during practice. The important thing is to be open to receive. Some people sleep, others don't, but they certainly feel better than they did before the session. An exchange happens, because I also receive this energy, everyone benefits from this constant process of exchange and evolution.
